when i was young, i don't have much experience, and knowledge . figuring out what's life and purpose . but I had discipline. self control. easily contented. get by with no or little money. if i had work back then i could be wealthy by now. i had stong will power. i can say no to bad habits and unhealthy foods. i can fast or stay without food just water for days for health reason or no.apparent reason just to stay.slim. when i read about a new health fad . i.would follow it right away after reading it easily without effort. like no sweat. no need to plan how to do it or push myself into it. just happens naturally. i can stay in my room long enough to do my meditation which i always do back then for hours wirhout getting bored. i feel happy in life. i can live witbout binging on tv. life was simple and was good for me. now i have more knowledge more money more experience. knows what i want in life but has almost loss my zest in life . my will power to stay healthy. i do not do any diet like i used to though i need to loose cweight. i can not stay without food. i always need dark chocolate. i always have money to eat out. i always plan when and where i will next eat out . now i needed such discipline but i do bot have it anymore. need to force myself to doing something healthy. need to plan my every step to healthy living need to ggogle what are the healthy food though i know or read it a million times.

Well I don't think younger people have more self discipline, it's more like younger people or kids are made to follow rules more often. That's why as adults we tend to go "wild" as soon as we can because finally no one is there to tell us what to do. That becomes the problem of many. No one is there to parent us anymore or we don't listen to our parents and older people when we are already working for our own living because we believe we already know what we are doing. And so we must discipline ourselves but we don't always do that right? For example, there are people who go online and say bad things to other people just because they can. Did they used to do that as a kid? No because they were taught good manners but it seems there are many adults these days who do not have manners online right? Ah such is life. Grownups like us need to discipline ourselves because we know better than our younger selves. It all comes down to good and bad habits.

We can't change the past but we can still shape the future.

Young ones or not, having much in life doesn't count if you don't have that self-care. Self-care is what we need sometimes. You don't have to put too much pressure on yourself. Life's reality exceeds our expectations when it comes to self-discipline, we have a lot of plans on how we should take care of our self, plans to do this and that. It sometimes becomes so overwhelming that we lost track of ourselves. So once in a while, let's just take time to breathe, relax, sleep, eat, pray and just do what we want to do without any hesitations. We should know how to safeguard our mental well being through self-care have a good day

I have seen different posts on Facebook about it. When we have good health and time we don't have money, when we have good health and money we don't have time and in the end when we have money and time but we don't have good health
