@Prabhatsingh Arizona passed the law legalizing it in November 2020. It was supposed to go into effect in March but they started processing recreational sale applications from the existing medical dispensaries in January.
Other states have been legal for a few years already.

I don't see why not.
I thought about going a state over before they legalized it here, but it was way too much hassle. I didn't even bother buying anything locally when recreational sales started because it was so darn inconvenient... the one place in a hundred mile radius that got their recreational license approved first had lines out the door, down the street, and around the block for like a month after they first opened for it. It was ridiculous.
I don't smoke, though... it's more about pain relief than the high for me, so a pack of gummies I can cut into smaller pieces works just fine.

@Vikingswest1 That must be nice. We have two within reasonable driving distance now that the one in my town has gotten their recreational permit sorted. I don't think I've seen malted milk balls on the menu at either one... what they have in stock tends to be hit or miss depending on the day.

There are so many edibles to choose from. Even infused beverages.
It's been legal here for so long, all the shops are fully stocked with whatever you're looking for.

There must be ten shops within ten miles of me. I like the malted milk balls for an edible.

I don't smoke, and neither does my husband. Or, rather he doesn't smoke marajunia. Recerationally or legally (medical is legal in this state) I will never understand those who think it's a good idea for 'fun'.

It's illegal in my State and County. I do not smoke it. I never have and never will.

I don't use it for medicine or recreation. Its just not my thing.
However, I do fully support the availability of it for use in medicine.
Those who do it illegally, will continue to do so. Its not gonna go away and studies show it really isn't much different than drinking. So make it legal and tax it like crazy. Go help the homeless, schools, etc

My state receives billions of dollars a year in revenues from legal sales.
Many programs benefit from sales taxes that have been earmarked.
I'm certain that it lessens the load for LE and the courts.

It's legal in many US states but the Federal Government still classifies it as illegal.
I expect that to change when they see the potential tax revenue in sales.

@Laurakemunto
It's a 9 billion dollar industry in the US.
It's just a matter of time before the Feds want their share lol.
