Gooseberry Plant of My Garden

Hii,
Today I share gooseberry plant which grown in my garden.
Before this plant, I already posted Arbi leaves and Coleus plant leaves.
As we know that Gooseberry is one of richest source of vitamin C.
Gooseberry also know as Amla, Ribes hirtellum etc.
It is little bit strange that this gooseberry plant has grown nearly 4 feet height otherwise here monkey can't let plant much grow.
I hope this plant will give fruits.
So, Friends, Do you know this fruit?
Or Anyone have this plant?

We also have this type of fruit but we call it Malaka here, I think it's very similar...

I have many gooseberry plants at my home.Here are no monkeys to break them

Yeah,if you save it from monkeys you surely can get to eat them
