Good morning friends, I just woke up half an hour ago, the weather is very good today, here I am in my kitchen garden and I have broken fresh bitter gourd and I will make their vegetable at night with onions because without onions I will feel bitter but they are quite Their bitterness is reduced if made spicy.

Bitter Gourd is good for our health. Yes onions do help in making them more palatable for our tastebuds.
Enjoy the new week!

To be honest, I dont like this vegetable, I actually do not like the vegetables that have this kind of outer layer like a bitter gourd or Karela...first need to peel the skin and then cook with so much effort, and then you get bitter tastes.
I would rather go for vegetables like Loki, Bhindi, or cauliflower.
