What do you do to Stress out?

Stress is always a part of our life..
It comes in times unexpectedly..
I bet most of us are being stress into something. Maybe at work, in the house, in the neighborhood and maybe in just simple thing..
Since the Pandemic began, people get so stress about being at home and not being able to do what they usually do.
As for me, when pandemic began, I was so stress not having work and you know, I always think about how I were able to make the day.. To provide food and other stuff needed, As I and my hubby, we're both being lay off from our work..
And my way of letting my Stress out that time is spending my time Baking stuffs like cookies and other flavors of cakes which eventually become my source of income during pandemic..
When I got work again, Whenever I feel stress, I make sure I get the chance to see my friends and have some chitchat cause it makes me release the burden I am feeling..
It takes a lot of courage facing our Stress during this difficult time.
And the way to release it is to shift our busy schedule into something that makes us happy.

I need to work from home as it is partial lockdown here. My works keep me busy and when I am free, I check mylot discussions and distract my mind.

I am sorry about the job loss of your husband and yours.Must have been a challenging time. Glad that baking helped you.
My regular yoga and meditation helps a lot. Listening to music, some artwork and walk are other things that help me fight my stress.

That is fine.. Life is indeed full of up and downs,, We can't make it go up all the time..
That is good that.. We all must release our stress.. Cause if not, we may lose ourselves if we problemize our stress

Yes hobbies and personal interest keeps our day. Eventually when your not working and also the best way to stress out. Doing things which makes us feel good and relaxed itself will make us happy.
