Good habits I follow in a day

Soon after I get up I drink water. Then I do body stretching or yoga or exercise. Have breakfast . Then a book reading. Then my office work. Some stretching in the breaks . Have a proper diet. Drink water well. Staying hydrated. Being grateful for the day. I also admit there are some bad lazy days where I don’t follow any of these. Still I make myself motivated to start all over again? What are the good habits you people follow? Will be waiting to hear you guys out.

I make it a point to get outside at least once a day and Play Pokemon go. Hoping to be able to avoid the storms today. We need the rain so I'm not really too unhappy.

I start my day in Bible study, followed by exercise at the YWCA where I swim and work out in the fitness center, then I come home and spend time on the computer while working on fitness goals throughout the day. I also drink plenty of water throughout the day.

I am retired and I do light exercises. I eat in moderation, drink plenty of herbal water. Used to walk but now mostly at home.

I try to find time to meditate. I read books almost everyday. I listen to music that puts me in good mood.
