Yesterday was a good day. I managed to make the scale happy this morning. Hopefully, I can do the same tomorrow. Right now, I have over 21K steps. I spent a wonderful couple of hours at the Botanical Gardens. I'm charging the camera battery, so I'll have a picture on the last post for today. I also have 266 Minutes of exercise and over 7 miles of walking. Almost 8 miles. And the day isn't finished yet. So, here are yesterday's numbers beginning with my weight.

Walk - 44 Minutes - 257
Foot Cycle - 32 Minutes - 256

Fitbit, like most wearable fitness trackers, tend to use speed as a marker. So if you were saying walking or going up or down hill for an extended period of time, and your pace exceeded what it considers "walking" it would call that biking. So something you did made it think you were on a bike. Good job with your nubmbers, though. I really need to start tracking my food regurally.

Not a problem. I've had two smart watches that would do the same thing. And, only one had a "workout" setting for using a wheelchair. @just4him
