I Missed You All Today!

Wow, ut's crazy but since I jouned myLot 6 days ago, I have been popping into myLot about 3 times a day and checking int to see what's going on with everyone.
Today I was too busy to get on my computer until right now (6:15 pm my time).
I had to go to the doctor for 11:15 am so got up, ate breakfast, showered and left to drive 40 minutes to the doctor's office. Then after that I went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and lunch, got gas, went to Goodwill to find some treasure to sell on eBay, then I had to go to Walmart grocery shopping. That took all day.
On the way home I was thinking about all of you and missing checking in with everyone.

@CarolDM It will be sad when they leave, but it's part of Mother Nature. Yes, I was busy but it was fun.

You had a road running day by the sounds of things.
I was busy, but it was mostly answering, calls, texts, emails, the doorbell.
I did drop my car off this morning for repairs and picked it back up early this afternoon.
I think that I will sleep good tonight.

It is funny how attached we become to our mylot friends, they're really like family and we worry when we don't hear them and see what they're doing.

@Kouponkaren I can stay 10 am to 8 pm and I have been doing so. Still very sick but there are some positive signs today

@BelleStarr Yes, I agree. Speaking of that, how is your husband doing? Have you been able to stay with him at the hospital?

@BelleStarr Well, I am glad to hear that. When my Mom was in the hospital, I was able to stay in the room with her on a fairly comfortable couch. 3 years ago when my Dad was in the hospital, I only stayed one night because there was only a reclining chair, but it was super uncomfortable.

@Tampa_girl7 It seems a lot of people on myLot have yard work to do. We are fortunate because we live in a gated community where yards are not allowed to have grass. It's mostly wooded here, although some people do put pine straw around their homes where they have shrubs or flowers.

@wolfgirl569 In a vegetable garden or flower garden? I just have flowers, no veggies, although I would like to grow vegetables. We have woods for a yard. Not very conducive to growing vegetables.

@wolfgirl569 We live in a gated community where all of the yards are woods. We are not allowed to have grass! ha ha...pretty funny actually. They want to keep it as natural as possible because there is a lot of wildlife here.

@LadyDuck Wow, several hours? It is addicting, that's for sure. I am probably on here for several hours a day also, but I spread it out between morning, noon and night so it doesn't seem that long.

@Rashnag It's funny how quickly it happens to get attached to myLot and the people here. When I wrote this post, I had only been on myLot for 6 days! It's a good site to be on.

Today I spent the day at home, doing some welding work. I had to make fences for my daughter's house, tomorrow I will have to take those to her house.

@profree2019 Wow, you must be very talented. My brother also knows how to weld. That was his job for many years. He can make amazing things and is very handy to have around!
