Can we prepare these many varieties with sweet potatoes..I really don't know. I boil it with little salt or bake it, that's the only two methods I know..

@prashu228 We mash the boiled ones and mix them with milk like porridge and you can add sugar/ jaggery there. My children like it that way and it becomes a filling breakfast for them. We also use it in sambhar.

I like sweet potatoes very much. i will boil it with little salt and eat it. Few people will boil it and soak in the sugar syrup. That also tastes good. You can try both.

Yes, I like it and I usually prepare it by putting a lot of brown sugar and then frying it.

oh yes tastes good when boiled , some of them are boiled and rest will bake it
