alarmist headlines and a study that suggested morning people live longer but I researched a lot and found there are different people with different thoughts....what are your thoughts?? and if you can provide with some scientific data then it will be more appreciated.

I don't think it makes a difference, as long as the two adjust the rest of their lives appropriately. And you just demonstrated the bad thing about trying to find 'the truth' vs. finding 'what you want to see' on the Internet.

@mythociate I agree. You find what you search for, on internet rather than what is the truth.

I really don't know on what basis that study is based on, but I think there are so many factors involved. Someone may be a morning person yet don't practice a healthy lifestyle, for instance. I don't think being a morning person or not has anything to do with living longer or otherwise.

Well , I can say that everyone has their own life cycle , I 'm a lark , my boyfriend is an owl, but nevertheless we get along well, everyone goes about their business at a convenient time, we try not to interfere with each other

I believe that the problem is not in whether people are morning or not, but in the amount of sleep that the body requires to function well and therefore stay better and last longer.

@lifexsoul Donot care whether morning people live long or not. Enjoy as much of life you got with full pleasure. Live it qualitatively than considering its quantity.

Getting up early is recommended because our bodies feel more invigorated
