Yesterday was a fantastic day for exercise. Not only were the temps in the high 70s to low 80s but the humidity was unseen. It was a great day to go to the Botanical Gardens and see the Washed Ashore exhibit. So you know my steps were high yesterday. Here are my numbers beginning with my weight.
Wake-Up Weight - 179.4
After Exercise Weight - 177.6
Calories Burned
Exercise - 266 Minutes
Swimming - 40 Minutes - 199
Elliptical - .9 Mile - 216
Bike - 3.83 Mile - 93 -- I added 10 Minutes each to the Elliptical and Bike in the fitness center for a half-hour each so my distance is higher for both.
Elliptical and Bike - 61 Minutes - 342
Walk - 96 Minutes - That's not the Botanical Gardens - That's the trail and walking to the new apartment complex to take care of details for moving.
Outdoor Bike - 19 Minutes - 30
Walk - 21 Minutes - 100
Walk - 15 Minutes - 77
Outdoor Bike - 17 Minutes - 22
Those numbers are for the Botanical Gardens. My Fitbit didn't record my whole time there as a walk as I spent a couple of hours strolling through the gardens and looking at all the displays.

@just4him It looked like a dinosaur to me. But yes looking carefully I realised that it is a shark

That's very pretty. Seems like someone knew what they were doing when they created it.
Good job on the exercises.

I'm surprised too. Though I am doing a happy dance. It's the little things. I have a belt for a dress I made many years ago that has a velcro closure on it. I haven't been able to wear it for many years. I got it around my waist and closed on Sunday. So something is happening.

I really like that shark. You did great. I thought I over ate yesterday. But working in the garden took care of that.

An interesting looking creature right out of Jurassic park! Did you feel tired from all that walking? I did my Yoga routine and resistance band exercise yesterday.
