I think I'm ready

Lately, there were few doses of Pfizer vaccines arrived in our local government unit. It's not that I preferred this brand of vaccines over the others but I just realized that I should get the vaccine not only for my protection and the people around me but it may become a requirement wherever we go. I think I'm ready to be listed, vaccinated, and get protected. How about you folks?

The latest to come is from Pfizer and if I could avail it, the better but I'm OK with other vaccines though.

Good for you that you finally decided to get one. I think Pfizer is a good brand which most Americans took as their vaccine choice. I would like to get that as well if given the opportunity. I am waiting for our company to set our schedule since they tried to get the vaccine for their employees but our will be either Astra Zeneca or Moderna brand.

@rsa101 You are right. I hope that the majority of us would do their part as a responsible person.

As many will tell you, you need to do what you feel is right for you. No one else but you. It's your body after all.

It's all to you. The government has listed those persons in priority. There's no turning back once you've vaccinated.

@ZedSmart Yes, you may do so. You're still young. All vaccines are under experimentation. They take years to see the effect. Remember that.

I didn't choose. I was given Sinovac. The health officer decided what's best after he asked me a few questions.

I'm also not sure to get it before but I think it's necessary and then I agree that we must stop worrying about it.

I already got the vaccine and I had Moderna, because Pfizer was not good for me. Our doctor suggested which of the 2 get according to our medical problems.

Good that you already got yours. I would also want to hear the medical people once I get at the vaccination center.

Yes, I got Moderna last month... A person here can't get on a plane without being vaccinated. Some taxi companies won't pick you up without you showing you've been vaccinated. And I've heard some places won't allow entrance without a person showing they've been vaccinated.
