Have you tried Vegan Cordon Bleu?

Hello 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very nice weather. Sunny and warm although it is really warm today. We have 30 C but still had a good morning walk and dancing exercise.
will again have a good walk later in the evening when the sun is not too hot. 
My husband feel to eat some of this vegan Cordon Bleu. I like it too. The taste is like chicken but it is not. 
I eat it with potato salad I`m wondering what it is made of. Do you have any idea? 
How about you my dear mylotters? Have you tried this Vegan Cordon Bleu or you like the chicken cordon bleu? What are you having for today?

No. Vegan Ham and Cheese. It taste like ham and cheese inside too. It is really delicious but I like the real Chicken Cordon Bleu.

I've not had vegan cordon bleu. I've not seen it in stores here, nor is it on the menu of any of my favorite restaurants. I may, however, have to give making my own a try one of these days. There seem to be quite a few recipes out there for it.

Looking good in the picture. Is the ham actually something like the following?
INGREDIENTS:
1 block super firm tofu, 14-16 oz
1 cup vital wheat gluten
1/4 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons neutral flavored oil ( you can replace with water if you are oil free)
2 tablespoons tapioca starch or corn starch
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt is you think it needs more (the bouillon and soy add a bit of salt as is)
1 tablespoon Garlic or Vegetable Better Than Bouillon (I used garlic)
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1 tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 tablespoons water if need (add last)
Glaze Coating:
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons soy sauce or coconut aminos

The only thing that confuses me is why call it "deli ham"? We should call it something else? Lets call it yum yum in a bun.
