There are different ways we can get Vitamins like fruits, veggies, and other foods and also from tablets but people tend to ignore that we can get these from fruits and veggies and depend upon tablets only which I feel is not a good move. I think they prefer this because of the ease of how they can get the vitamins.
Which way do you like to get vitamins from Fruits or from tablets?

To get vitamins from fruits and veggies. Natural methods are always best. Vitamin tablets have side affects in long term usage

No doubt what we eat does have vitamins but one should supplement it with tablets as well.

Also in the long run body loses its natural capacity to absorb nutrients from the food we provide , as we supply vitamin tablets , it has less working to do

hii hope you are doing good and staying safe. see vitamin tablets like lymcee for vitamin-c and multivitamin like zincovit should only be used when you have excess deficiency..like in cases of covid , doctors prescribe this. however, lymcee can be taken by a normal person on alternate days or on gap of 2. these are instant source of vitamin. well, undoubtedly, fruits and veggies are pure source for that..these shoul be consumed regularly so that there is a proper balance of vitamins and minerals in body and ofcourse no side effects. thankyou
