Red Tomatoes Gives You A Rosy Cheek

They said that if you eat red tomato always it gives you a rosy cheek. Is it true or not. I think it can give you a healthy immune system and it is rich in vitamin C and lycopene. I like to eat tomatoes a lot and red ripe tomato is my favorite than the green one. I can eat them as a snack or put a slice in my plate every meal and dip in a sauce.
I tried to plant tomatoes in my garden and in a pot but unfortunately it did not grow well. But I will never give up to plant again until I can see the result. But I only give up the thing that they said that it can make my cheek rosy because it is impossible cause I am having a brown skin color.

@janethwayne I don't know about the effect of the color, but it's healthy. You look good already, no need to worry about what color it makes you. LOL. Just Kidding no offense.
The fact is
"Tomatoes might reduce the risk of sun damage, always still use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to protect against sunburns and skin cancer. Sometimes “natural” sunscreens can do more harm than good"
You can search wiki and health line. Rosy Cheeks is not proven, may be rumor.
