Exotic food

This is from a larvae of beetle that destroys the coconut tree. Recently I cleared all the coconuts to plant new trees. So these larvae are there to thrive on the decomposing coconut heart inside. Looks gross actually. But my workers loved it.

@kaguvkov I know that also in Mexico they eat them, I think fried.

I saw in Thailand they eat raw. But here they cooked it.
