Video Conversions and other video related tools

Well lets share the softwares we use for our video related tasks.
As for me, I use:
SUPER by eRightSoft: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
Media Coder: http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net
These two softwares are great and free. You can also use them to convert your DVDs to many formats. SUPER is good and easy to use but it crashes a lot and does not give you as much flexibility as MediaCoder(like the number of passes and post-processing).
For ripping DVDs, I use Nero Recode and encode the resultant videos in Nero Digital Format which has in-built support for having subtitles like normal DVD files. But the only problem with this program is that it doesn't let you control the frame-rate of the outputted video.
