My Pizza.

This is my third time to make a homemade pizza from scratch. The first time it turned out good. The second one the bread is a bit hard and my pizza sauce is not enough for the pizza 
. This third time, I made my own pizza sauce from canned tomato sauce and tomato paste and other ingredients her. And I only have this pepperoni slices and cheese as my toppings. I am out of stock, I need to go to the grocery soon.
The pizza bread turned out nice and the sauce is perfect 
, my nephew who suddenly arrived enjoyed two slices as well and this one is a very picky eater so I took it as a compliment!

@rakski After a few trials we get it right. I learnt how to cook the pizza in a pan and only place under the grill of the oven 1 minute when it's almost ready. Interesting method during the hot days, the oven does not stay hot for a too long time.

You should have asked if anyone had some extra toppings for the pizza. I have ground pork and ground beef in my fridge that needs to be used up. I would have given it to you.

Sometimes; I like homemade pizza better than the store bought pizza. You can make the pizza how you like it.

Making homemade pizza is a lot of fun, and I usually do make my own sauce. But I cheat with the crust, just opting to get one of those pre made ones which work just fine for our purposes. We usually load ours up grandly with lots of toppings, but we like our pizzas supreme.
