That would be ideal, but the world doesn't work that way. In a sense, it's slowly seemingly to become this way, as the more money printed the less value it holds. Ecconomies are on the vurge of colapse due in large to this pandemic, and prior ressessions.

People are rich because they do things to become rich and poor people are poor because they do not do things to become rich.
This is not meant to be a comment that is disparaging. Just stating what is most often a fact.
Rich people work very hard (and this is not to say that some poor people do not), and they take on risks, they create and invent things, they start businesses and employ people. They live frugally, save, and invest their money. They take great care and precision in their money matters. They see all of the massive opportunities out there for them to take advantage of and prosper and they do it with fervor.
Not ALL poor people are lazy of course. But many poor people are not willing to put in the work it takes to become rich. They do not have the guts to take risks. They do not take the time to understand money and the stock market. They do not take the time to learn how to take dreams of starting businesses and turn them into actual businesses. Most poor people also spend every single dime they have, and then wonder why they have nothing. And MANY poor people have no concept of the hard work rich people put in to maintain and develop their wealth.
In summary you can say one thing here that is very fitting to answer your question. The main reason for poverty is a lacking by the poor how wealth is actually created and tap into the many opportunities before them to become wealthy.
As for redistributing my own wealth. Hands off my money. It's mine. I worked for it. If anyone wants a piece of wealth I will gladly show anyone how to get their own money.

You are either born into money or you are not ..if you are poverty stricken, you are totally controlled.

I wish it will happen but I doubt it because those who are even having lots are the people who give less so how can you expect that. I think the best way is to try to be thankful of what you have if you have income or if not just find something that gives you earnings and be happy with it as long as you got something for your daily needs to spend. If people will do this strategy I think they will not think to depend or wish for rich to share their wealth for all. Just my opinion.

That's the ideal scenario. It doesn't happen that way unfortunately
