i want to lose weight but i still wanna enjoy eating. so my mom told me to eat less rice, so i looked up in youtube about a healthy diet without being hungry.
i need to eat just two spoon of rice for each meal, and i can still eat the meat, beef or chicken.
how do you lose your weight expect for the workouts?

The important thing, is to never let yourself feel too hungry. All it does, is make your body think you're starving, and you won't lose that way.

@sophie09 The first few pounds/kg you lose will fall off instantly with whatever method you try. Once you lose the water weight, the other stuff gets harder. Weight varies as well, so don't get discouraged if it goes up a bit. Just remember, stop when you feel full, and don't let yourself feel hungry for too long.

I eat less too , but not two spoons of rice , that's so less
