Plumbing, I hate plumbing

Today has been a terrible day for me. I have spent most of my time trying to repair a white water pipe at home and have been exhausted. So much work, trying to make it perfect and in the end plugging everything in oh - oh a leak, nasty leak. Whenever I work plumbing this happens to me. I say that I am a terrible plumber, I like to fix my things in my house and even help family and friends with any repair they need in their house, I do it with pleasure, when it comes to carpentry, masonry, welding, electricity and whatever another little thing out there, but do not ask me to do something related to plumbing, if it is for other people, I tell them absolutely no and if it is at my house it takes a long time to face the situation, until I can no longer put up with my wife telling me that she will have to find someone outside the home because she does not have someone at home to help her fix the problem. It is there that I am forced to confront my worst nightmare and try to solve it. I ask you, is there a profession that you do not do well or that you do not like at all? Image taken from: bonfe.com

I am not that good at working with electrical material when a blackout happens during a storm.

I wouldn't attempt a plumbing repair certain it would end in disaster. I would love to get a new faucet and probably wouldn't be hard to hook up..but I would rather have someone who knows what they are doing..do it.

Working with water is a pain, you risk leakages if you do not do everything perfectly. For plumbing we call a professional as well for electricity, we are not allowed to touch.

There are things that we can do up to such extent only. It is better to get professional help in things you cannot do

My late husband was a plumber and he loved it. He was one for over 30 years. Good luck!
