My attempt to do changes in our cats' diet failed miserably

Our cats are well fed - they get fish, pressure cooked chicken feet and dry food. The dry food is there for the whole day for them them nibble on.
I wanted to make a change and stop giving them chicken feet but feed fish twice.
Hell broke loose yesterday as their meow never stopped. I could decipher that meow - "WE WANT CHICKEN FEET"
There was peace and quiet this morning as I humbly got back their chicken feet.
All is well now.
Are your pets demanding too?

My mom has two dogs as pet and they are not demanding at all when it comes to food.

Chicken feet? You spoil your cats. We give fish to our cat. Our dog Toffee is hard to feed sometimes he doesn't like to touch his food
