And you’re probably thinking, “Oh, this song again?” Yep. Today’s song with “king” in the title is a repeat visitor to my countdown lists. One of my favorites, and here it is again! #3: Kings Road - Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers What’s not to love? Great rocker, and an album cover featuring Petty in a record store. Doesn’t get much better than that. This got a lot of FM rock airplay when the album came out, so I always assumed it had been released as a single. Nope. It was just a great rocking tune that the stations gravitated toward. I’m so glad they did. I still gravitate toward it frequently.
