It's already late at out here. Clock is showing 4.40 a.m. my eyes are swelling up, my breathe is getting heavy. My whole body wants rest. But my mind does not want me to sleep.
I have tried to meditate for sometime that still not worked. Can anybody explain why I am getting search insomnia attack. How can I bring back my sleep?

One method that I use is to play the radio for music or listen to the weather reports. The soundwaves of the radio will ease your mind so you can fall asleep fast.

I am not a doctor, but trying to fight something, usually never works. Try to go with the flow of your body's natural rythm.
