Earth is flat, not spherical.

There are so many conspiracy theories regarding our planet. only recently the science has proved that our Earth is spherical. But is it really spherical? There are some conspiracy theories which suggest that we are living in flat Earth. When we see by standing on the ground, the earth looks flat. The theory says that it's only a perspective that we see earth as spherical from outer space. The dimensions play the role here, since we are in the same dimension as the earth is, that is why we see it as flat when we are on the ground. But when we go outer space will go out of the earth's dimension. It may also be possible if go further in the outer space, the shape of Earth may change again. So what I think is that even if earth looks spherical from outer space, it may not be perfectly spherical. it may be flat or cylindrical or conical. No one knows.

If it's flat then where is the end of it? Plus if it were cats would have pushed everything off of it by now so no don't think so.

Might be because the gravity always acts towards the centre

People have known about the fact that the Earth is a sphere since at least the 5th Century BC and there has been scientific proof of it since the 3rd Century BC, so you can hardly say that the knowledge is 'recent'! We don't just see the Earth as a sphere from outer space. We can observe it practically with our own eyes as a ship disappears over the horizon and, with some fairly simple technology, it is possible to measure the diameter of the sphere and Eratosthenes did this in ancient times with an accuracy of around 15%. It is true that the Earth is not a perfect sphere. It is actually very slightly pear shaped but for practical, everyday purposes it can be regarded as a sphere. The shape of the Earth does not and will not change in our perception of it. It is - and always will be - a spheroid in 3-dimensional human perception. In any other dimension, it will also be some kind of spheroid, though in a 2-dimensional world it would appear as a more or less circular section on a plane.

These all are visual observations as long as we are in same dimension. When dimension changes shape also changes.

@konvicted1911 Dimensions don't change. You have a n incorrect perception of what 'dimension' means in this regard.

I think "no one knows" is quite false. lol. Of COURSE the Earth is round. I think anyone who thinks the Earth is flat is off their rocker.
