Finally, the washing machine

I was going to buy one months ago. But we couldn't come to an agreement on the cost. We could buy a cheaper model but it's not automatic washing machine. The automatic one would usually cost at least RM800 ($190++) That's not including the shipping cost.
I didn't have that much money laying around.
So, us sisters decided to collect money for the washing machine. After a while, we managed to collect RM900 ($200++) First sister ordered it online. It should be send straight to my house but the courier told us they didn't cover this area.
It was dumb and I blamed the shopping platform for deciding this courier on me. After searching for a transport, we managed to bring the washing machine home.
We got a new washing machine and I'm sure Mom is happy about it

Oh wow what a coincidence. I'm currently looking for a new washing machine too, haha. Did you get it from Shopee? They use standard delivery now, right?

@prinzcy Yeah, not happy with it either. I'd much rather choose the courier myself.

@prinzcy No, it did not. It did include set up and delivery though. I really like it, because at first I thought it was going to be small but the tub has a big barrel. I think I might even be able to wash a comforter in there.

@snowy22315 this one is 9kg. Can fit a blanket but not sure of the comforter. I would agree on delivery cost but not setup cost. Setup is pretty easy.

So what washing machine did you have? Is it automatic washing machine? Is it front load or top load? I'm very happy with our washing machine. We no longer have to hire a laundry woman. It is quite expensive but is convenient to use since it is automatic. We just leave the clothes there and after 1 hour or 15 minutes it's ready to hang

That is a good news..
Saving is the key.. Patience in waiting for the money to be saved up is one of the most satisfying once you have bought what you saved up for

I'm glad you finally got a new washer... I kept waiting for you to walk through that door and start using mine. (Pretty said you wouldn't show up but I thought you would. )

@prinzcy you're welcome... and no, you couldn't... We don't live in an area zoned for businesses.

@prinzcy our poor washing machine (with way too many people in the house) is often tired! it runs 7 days a week!
