June 23 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been a fantastic day today.
I'm thankful for getting to the Y this morning. I had one of my best workouts yet. I'm quite sure I surpassed my best efforts so far. I got extra laps in the pool. That felt good. I also worked 30 minutes on the elliptical and bike this morning with good results for each. Even the scale was good this morning when I got home from all I needed to do.
I'm thankful I went shopping this morning. I needed water. I came home with decent-looking fruit, yes, bananas too.
I'm thankful that as of right now, I'm over 20K steps. I had 10K by 9:18 this morning. I've walked around the central buildings in the complex since the trail when I achieved the 10K. Each trip around the complex is 1000K +.
I'm thankful for completing the notifications for the day. I always enjoy spending time with you.
That's been my day. Lots of steps and walking. Now, I promised myself I would work on Vendetta. I haven't touched it this week yet. I need to look at what I need to change now that the proof is back to me.

Wow over 20,000 steps blows my mind!! Good for you being able to walk that many. Certainly sounds like you had a good day

I am thankful that my older sister who lives in Tennessee is recovering from knee surgery that happened today.

In the photo that looks like a nice spot to have some tea, I am thankful for having my memories to take me back to the traditional Midsummer celebrations that are taking place in Latvia on June 23 and 24 lots of shining moments. Best of luck on Vendetta,

I'm thankful for all the rain. It's kept the humidity down and things a lot more barable. I am also thankful I had the good sense to get out earlier today. I should've gone in a little sooner, but the sprinkls were refreshing in the heat.

You had an excellent day,
I am thankful that I played with one of my granddaughters this afternoon.
First thing she told me "Grandmaman, I got married today", she is not yet 5 years old, she had a little ring on her finger, and when I asked her the name of her husband, she said " I don't have a husband",

The story is finished. I'm starting the publishing process. The receptionist at the Y read and proofed it for me. I got it back a few days ago and now I'm working through and fixing the problems. So far, there's not a lot and easily fixed.
