Yesterday was a very good day for food and exercise. I had a very good workout in the pool and fitness center and achieved more steps than I have in a long time. Here are my numbers, beginning with my weight. Wake-Up Weight - 176.2 After Exercise Weight - 174 Calories Burned Exercise - 261 Minutes Swimming - 47 Minutes - 215 Elliptical - .89 Miles - 213 Bike - 3.89 Miles - 105 Ellip/Bike - 63 Minutes - 369 Walk - 66 Minutes - 356 Steps - 23,096 Calories Burned - 2902 Calories Consumed Breakfast, Lunch, Supper Paleo Pancakes Unsweetened Applesauce - 2 Servings Lunch Grapes - Breakfast Total Breakfast - 499 Total Lunch - 341 Total Supper - 291 Snack 4 Servings - Paleo Puffs Total - 520 Grand Total - 1651 Net - -1251 That was my day yesterday.
