My Meditation is Finally Starting To Work!

I have been meditating for a long time, but I wasn't seeing results. I kept falling back into my old ways of worrying about anything and everything. And then I found Headspace on Netflixs. It's different from the videos on YouTube and my daily practice is starting to make sense... I think that today, I haven't worried about anything... I was going to say... YET, but I'm not going to. I'm having a good day and I'm going to leave it at that!

Meditation is really helpful way for curing our daily tensions and hard worries. I'm sure that you could see some light some day which is going to be much more than any achievement through meditation. So that we could avoid videos and external aids to see the inner self.
