I'm gaining weights again

my tummy is bigger now. i need to loose weight but instead I'm getting heavier. i can feel the fats on my tummy as it feels heavy. my pants feels tight again. before i had to use a belt. but I'll keep on tying to get in shape by right diet.

When ever I feel like my tummy gaining weight I start exercising, and it go on for few days..then laziness starts..and the story repeats

What kinds of exercise do you do? I like cycling and swimming in the pool. Hiking too.

I just walk as exercise. Sometimes I don't. I don't do outdoor exercise.

@hotsummer I hope you find the right method for you not to gain weight and keep it off. I have been fat off and on all my life and then I started my own journey to lose weight for me and gave up things and exercise and walk more and still feel right now that I might have gained some of the weight I lost but I am working hard not to gain it back because I worked so hard to keep it off.

@hotsummer It is hard to maintain but I have been trying to do a good job of keeping off what I lost for over 3 years now. When I finally lost the weight for myself it worked. It is not easy but I do not want to be that fat person I was ever again and I love clothes too much and like to look good in them so have to work very hard at keeping the pounds or kilos off. I believe once you start and have a goal in mind then you will continue. It is very hard starting out but if you continue to persevere it will work out. It took me a long time to get to where I am and now I can look at food and not want it. I am fasting today because it is a fast day and not hungry at all. I am ok not drinking because drinking is something I like to do a lot of. I mean soft drinks and juice and milk.
