Be Optimistic, Be happy

Hello everyone, Hope you are doing great! I keep listening to spiritual leaders as their thoughts really help us to sail through tough times. I thought of sharing one such tip to have positive attitude in day-to-day life. It is said that whatever is your mental state at your bed time, that gets deep in your subconscious mind. So, tip here is to write down any 10 positive points which you experienced that day. It may be anything such as you have seen some beautiful view or you met someone who made you happy etc. If you do this activity daily before going to bed then your mind will get tuned for thinking positive things. This will slowly make you more optimistic and happy in your life by eliminating negative thoughts from your mind.
