Matheus Lailola who is employed in Parana Brazil is one person who enjoys his job to make sure that the pets who live in his hometown enjoy their freedoms of living a happy life with their owners.
Matheus recently shared footage of a dog that who was chained outside of her owner's home that had to deal with the mistreatment of having to endure rain and heat during her time at her former owner's home.
Matheus and members of his rescue team went to the home of the owner and they decided to take advantage of the owner not being home by unlocking the chains that kept the female dog living in misery.
The owner of the dog has been identified. The owner of the dog will be investigated by the authorities for breaking the laws of animal mistreatment by the authorities.
The good news is that the female dog that was rescued by Matheus was taken to the Casa Do Produtor where she was checked out by a veterinarian to be healed back to health..
Due to the publicity of the rescue, the female dog has been adopted by a loving owner who will give the dog who has no name a new place to call home.

I agree with you on this matter about mean owners mistreating their pets.

I agree with you since it is my pleasure to share these wonderful stories of dogs and cats finding a new home after leaving a bad home owner.

Oh what a wonderful story; thank you for sharing. Of course it wasn't wonderful at all for the poor baby before she was rescued.
I hope the investigation of the former owner ends up with a great big fine for cruelty. Some people are so mean. Then others are so very kind.

I agree with you since I liked the part where the dog thanked her rescuer by showing him her love.

I get so angry when I hear about animals being mistreated. I'm glad the dog has been adopted and will be treated kindly.

@LindaOHio I know just how you feel. I get very upset too. Whenever there are stories like this, I don't want to hear them unless I know that there is a happy ending.

That's a laudable job. We have case here. The dog is left by his owner in their vacation home and left unattended whenever he wants to visit his home.
My daughter where she lives in the said relocation site noticed the unattended dog. She fed her everyday since the dog isn't leashed inside the gate.
