Happy Canada Day!!!

Ahh, it’s my favourite day of the year. Happy Birthday to my homeland.
Today my husband and I plan on having drinks on the patio at the Symposium Cafe, here in Guelph. The way Ontario keeps opening and closing everything, we want to get, while the getting’s good.
We are going to try and get there by 10 AM, since it’s due to rain.
Happy Canada Day to all, and for those who celebrate, what are your plans?

We had a chance of rain after noon here in Guelph, and it hasn’t happened yet.we’re still glad we went out for caesars this morning. Better safe than sorry. Ha! “Sorry.” Canadian word of the day, eh?

Well, Happy Canada Day to you, too. Remember when we called it Dominion Day? I think that sounds so much more important.
Other than putting up the "flag" printed in the weekly paper, no other plans. Maybe remembering my Aunt Bea, whose birthday it also was.
