Is it good to have lighter dinner

Today will be having a lighter dinner with some Dosas & veg curry (if anyone need to know what dosa is can ask @vandana7 our expert chef) followed by some Baklava(layered pastry dessert filled with nuts dipped in honey). Will see how it works.
Note:@sjvg1976 please don't ask me to send you the desserts, I will not.

I had a chance to taste Baklava and I like it.
Yes. It is better to have a lighter dinner because our digestion systems works slowly at night time

oh wow.
Dosa is actually a favorite dish of most south Indians. I really love dosa, Idli, Poori and Paddu.
And yes, scientifically, it is better to have a lighter dinner.

@CuriousGab I am not a cook and my wife doesn't allow me to enter the kitchen as I make kitchen messy as per her if I make tea.
