My mother's favorite food is pizza. But the pizza available here are far from a real pizza. It's either overbaked or with less toppings. Sometimes, I feel the pizzas are way too greasy. So, we usually buy ingredients and make it on our own. But takes a lot of time you know.!
Finally, today I discovered a new pizza store and brought back home. Now, we are enjoying it with Sprite (Coke's not available).
P. S.- toppings with baby corn, jalapeno peppers, onions and cheese.

I am so glad you found a new pizza store that you like the pizza. I have two pizza places I really like not far from me. I miss Mexican and would like that or burgers for my birthday. We have a place called Burger Bar and they make great burgers and chips as well. Since I believe I can celebrate my Hebrew birthday and my English one I may have one for one and the other for the 2nd birthday. I will see. I love pizza too but will wait on that.

A Hebrew birthday is given to Jewish babies on the date they are born according to the Jewish calendar. I do not always have two birthdays. Sometimes my English birthday that I grew up celebrating mot of my life cannot be celebrated because it is during the period when our Temples were destroyed and that is considered a mourning period. It starts out with a fast and ends with a fast. The first fast is a minor one where you have to eat before a certain time then you fast and it starts the 3 week period where I do not watch TV or listen to music until July 20th. The fast that ends the mourning period is on Sunday, July 18th this year and it is a major fast. We do not do anything but fast and pray and no work whatsoever. I wait till July 20th because I know that I did everything right and then can go back to a normal life and TV and music and everything that we could not do during that period. We have a place called Burger Bar and they burgers are so big and the chips are big but you can get small burgers too. They are delicious and like to do something special and since I have a Hebrew and English birthday I can have different food each time. Our holidays and things go according to our Jewish Calendar so whenever the 3 weeks is I observe. Most of the time I can celebrate my Hebrew birthday and not my English one that goes according the Gregarian calendar. I am glad you asked. One does not know if they do not ask. Did I explain for you that you understand about the Hebrew one. Here in Israel is where I learned about my Hebrew one when I first came to live here someone told me about it. If you have more questions just ask and if I cannot answer I will try and find a link that will answer for you.

@Hannihar Thank you for telling me all this. I never got to know about this topic. But I do understand you because we also have a hindu year which starts at different times for different religions. As I am personally bengali (a type of hindu religion), my year starts at April 15. But since I live in a place where most of the people are bihari (another hindu religion type) the year starts a few days before. This is just two religion types under one religion. In fact each state, each religion has a different calendar.
And we also fast for different festivals though the reasons are not so serious.
So, I totally understand you. But can you tell me why were your temples destroyed? It's shocking to hear. And I didn't knew Jews also call their religious places "temples". I thought only we did.

How was this new pizza? I like pizza too. I buy on sale and add my own cheese, pepperoni and black olives & bell peppers if I got it in hand.

Trust me, you don't want to eat a greasy pizza. It will ruin your meal. It's just they use too much oil and overbake the cheese which makes it greasy.
When I make my own pizza, I have tomatoes, paneer, cabbage, carrots, onions, mozzarella, amul cheese, cheddar, spinach, etc.
Buying is easy but u can try to make one.

I suppose pizza's are found at every corner in America. You people are really lucky. I get jealous sometimes when I see pizza stores in American sitcoms.

That's ok. I'm sure there are lots of other delicious items there.
But still I hope your place will open up some pizza places........for a change in our taste buds.
