I was reading a post on Facebook . A discussion forum where the admin asked what you love about your partner. I came across a post where a guy said that he loves his girlfriend because the girlfriend had dimples and a gap between her teeth and he went further to explain that the lady promised him that she would sell her dad's land and give the money to him. Seriously? I just laughed because of the comments that came after it . But I wonder some people are just materialistic . True love to them never exists

I doubt anyone knows what true love really is anymore.

@Laurakemunto It's always been that way. We live in a generation of overly sensitive people who know nothing.

No comment. But that, indeed, is hilarious.

@Laurakemunto Yup! Sometimes it does us good to laugh at comments, silly or serious.

@LadyDuck That's good if it still exists....that was in older generation , i don't find any such in this generation like sacrifice,love our partner more than ourselves ..doesn't apply / suit this generation ..

@prashu228 There are a lot less than in the past, but some are still ready to sacrifice for their partner.

@Laurakemunto If the partner takes advantage it means that true love is only from one side of the couple.

You are so right. The guy just wanted the money and did not really want her.

@Laurakemunto
It is said that he could not accept her for who she was and instead wanted her money. It is hard to trust these days and when someone does that it makes one wonder how does one find a good one that you can trust.

People have an illusion that having money to burn makes people happy. It is a false story.

@Laurakemunto I would feel sad if my partner said something like that. I would rather be loved for me not because I am helping him make money. I hope it was a joke.
