No. I'm not at all a quiet person. But I do stumble at unfamiliar people sometimes and find hard to get my mouth talk. I love chatting like u though.

I don`t really like talking to people too much only when I am asked for something and need explanation I don`t mingle with others too much not unless they approach me

No, I'm not a quiet person. However, sometimes I am a bit quiet when I talk to strangers or don't really know me well. As for the difference between a person's character when chatting and meeting face to face, I really experienced.
