I feel like losing myself in the day-to-day work. For the past 15 years, I see the failures, not even a chance of success even if I am thinking from now. My dreams are vanishing like passing clouds. I can't able to read any motivational stories. I can't able to listen to music. Needed some advice from some of you who may felt the same. I felt crying sometimes. But can't bale to cry. How did you overcome it?

My experience might not be the same as yours. I was like that weeks ago when I changed my job. It's a new environment, new task that I don't know anything about. I feel lost and regret a bit, despite me the one who want to be there the most. But I just harden my resolve and continue to learn. Learning now compared to when I first started was not easy. But I don't want to give up. Whenever I feel stress I would distracted myself with doing something. That's how I got busy with Canva. Just creating something randomly there. I'm still learning at my new job. Still trying to adapt. But it's not as hard as before. If you need to cry, just cry. Just go into a room and cry. You'll feel a bit better afterwards instead of bottling it up.

Taking one day and one crisis at a time. Breaking things down into what you can and can't handle.
