Talk about a lucky lottery winner story from Jacksonville Florida. Kenneth Morgan, 54, who lives in Jacksonville Florida was doing some housecleaning when A Powerball lottery ticket that he purchased from a Punlix Liquor store in April had placed the lottery ticket inside of a drawer inside of his home. When Kenneth did find the Powerball lottery ticket inside of his drawer, he checked his numbers at a local store, he was shocked to learn that all of the white balls matched with the exception of the red ball, he won $1 million dollars which made him a happy man. The reward from the Publix Liquor Store for selling the winning lottery ticket will be $1,000 dollars. The day where Kenneth found the lottery ticket was on America's Independence Day which was Sunday.
