It's 4:43 PM as I write this post. Just got my first vaccination shot and here I am waiting in the observation room. I need to be here for another 15 minutes before they ask me to leave for home. It was quick and smooth without much hassles.
I hope things go well. As I wait here for some more time, I just will mylot. Nothing better than mylotting to fill in the free time that we have.
Hope everyone is good and having a great weekend

One shot done. I had to wait this long because I contracted Covid in April.

@arunima25 You might feel some fever. Take a tablet of paracetamol and sleep. Next day you should feel better.

That would be devastating. Waiting without mobile would have psychologically caused side effects. Mobile is a good distraction

@arunima25 Hopefully they will get more doses and be able to move your appointment up, that is what happened here in our country. I was due for my second shot in September, but I will receive it in a week's time.

@arunima25 The nurse who jabbed you told you to take paracetamol, right? I hope you're feeling better now.

@DaddyEvil Yes, she suggested that. If fever goes above 100, I am advised to take paracetamol. Luckily no fever...sore arm, mild headache and some body pain. I kept sleeping throughout the day.

I'm so glad you've received your first vaccination shot. The first fifteen minutes, any serious reactions happen at this time. Afterwards, you'll be doing fine!
