It's 12:50 afternoon here as I write this post. It's just been half the day and I have taken two short naps already. The covid arm is sore. And I have got mild symptoms like heaviness in head and slight body pain. So I woke up at 7 feeling lethargic. I took break from the regular morning routine. I tried a bit of Mandala to cheer me up and you can see the latest progress in the picture. And then I snuggled back in warm blanket at 8 and slept till 10. It's drizzling and it's quite chill.
I took shower and had my breakfast and dozed off again for an hour
It seems that symptoms will take few days to go and so I have taken two days leave on Monday and Tuesday. It's approved
My husband made the breakfast of potatoes and cheese stuffed sandwiches. We are planning to order pizza for lunch. It has been months since we ordered food from outside. So outside pizza for lunch today.
I am still in my warm blanket and mylotting. I don't feel like moving from here.
Hope all is well in your mylot corner. Have a good Sunday

@arunima25 You are so right, food does not taste as good when we are unwell.
I hope you will be fine by tomorrow.

@LadyDuck Today all the symptoms are gone and I am much better. Just the arm is still sore and hurting. it should also get better in a day or two. I could cook a simple meal today and enjoy it

Your meal sounds delicious!
Everyone enjoyed pizza but I couldn't. It doesn't taste that good when you are sick.
I have been napping the whole day. I will take rest for couple of days. It should get better by then.

Rest is the best thing to do until you feel better.
The Mandala is looking quite nice. I'm positive it will be beautiful when finished.

@arunima25 Yes, the Covid shot makes us sick for two days and then we're fine. You shouldn't have any trouble with the second shot.
I'll be watching for you to post about it.

I am feeling much better today. All the symptoms are gone except for a bit of sore arm. I took enough rest in the last two days. Today I had three hours of nap after my lunch
I have done a bit of Mandala today and I hope that it would be finished soon. I need an hour more to complete it. I would definitely share when it is done

I have been sleeping for most of the day today. Everyone enjoyed pizza but I couldn't. Sickness ruins your taste buds. I enjoyed simple daal and rice in dinner more. My younger daughter made it.

I hope it goes away in couple of days. Husband is able to help on weekends. That's why I took the shot on Saturday. My daughters too can manage with simple meals.

You got the vaccine. It actually last about a month but for most part its like two or 3 days. The 2nd shot gave gave me uncomfortable joint pains from when I played basketball and I know exactly that is what it was because its what I dealt with as a kid. Its funny how it knew the exact spots to attack. Just talking about it making my shoulder act up. Its better than dying though.

Take a lot of fluids and fruits. Also vitamins to boost your immune system.

I take them. I do not take any supplements as such but try to get all nutrients through food. My blood report shows no deficiency.

It's already 4:57 in the afternoon. The weather is warm. And I overhear the rolls of thunder afar. There's less possibly that rains will fall.

@Nakitakona It's pretty cold here. We need a light jacket. The rain might continue for few more days. We have yellow alert here.

I hope it goes away in couple of days. It's no fun being sick no matter how mild the symptoms are.
