Do we need to walk 10,000 steps a day?

Well, my daily walking routine is usually completed in 30 minutes and it's approximately 4,000 steps or around 3.22 kilometers (2 miles). A 30-minute workout is generally recommended for elderly daily. I don't know for the youths and adults (not a senior citizens). What can you say about this?

True indeed. It's enough I guess. Overdoing doesn't help you, it's bad

I think you do more than that. Are you sitting the whole day?

I think 30 minutes brisk walk is sufficient for senior citizens. Over exerting is also not recommended.
