I started my walking exercise sometime in the middle 2018 and I did it early in the morning and late in the afternoon.
I stopped that routine in going outside when during the outbreak of Covid 19 due to strict implementation of health protocols.
My weight before was 70 kilos (154 lbs). As I kept doing my walking exercise, it gradually reduced to 65 kilos (143lbs) till 60 kilos (132 lbs).
In my age as a senior citizen and in my medium height, 60-weight is an ideal one.
This morning, I stepped on the weighing scale. I do maintain that weight of 60 kilos.

You're right. It should be commensurate to one's body mass index and his age as well.

I've been the same weight for about forty years. Bragging? No, I have my father's genes.

@Nakitakona Yet I wrestle to follow a diet, for diabetes. I'm too thin, at times.
