Why am I not losing weight?

I started my weight loss journey 14 days ago due to health reasons. I am no longer eating rice and I limit my carbs intake. I also exercise as often as I can. In my first week, I lost 4 kgs. However, in my second week, I am not losing any weight. It honestly frustrates me. I don't understand why.
Any advice, please?

Don't rely on the number that you see in the weighing scale. You can take measurements of yourself and see if you lose inches.

@Bhadine you might have just plateaued. Too early to say that your fats have been converted to muscles already. Don't be disappointed though and just continue working out and doing your diet.

Are you cutting sugar out as well? What about dairy? If you are still eating cheeses, or eating more, it can make your weight loss stagnant.
Try the 16:8 fast. That is, eat within an eight hour window, and then do not eat for 16 hours afterwards. Try that for a week and see if it helps.

Hang in there. You probably lost water weight the first week. It takes a little longer to lose body fat. You will get there.
