If you guys remember I wrote a post about my neighbor that he is moving out by selling all the properties and he was a bad neighbor to me but the thing is that you never know who and how will your next neighbor be like...I mean to say that he sold the property to a man with criminal background...

People do change over the years. If you are good to him he will be good to you whatever may be his background.
