Took a survey but didn't get paid for it

I was doing a survey on Swagbucks yesterday. After I was done answering the questions it asked me if I want to answer some more questions to earn more. I agreed to do that. I answered the questions and then a page loaded that said nothing on it but the phrase "Bad Request." I tried to refresh the page multiple times but nothing happened. Tried to go back into the survey by clicking the link in the browser's history but got a "Forbidden" error message or something like that.
I never got taken back to Swagbucks and when I looked at my Swagbucks activity I did not see any SB credited to me for this survey. This was the only survey that did not get me disqualified. I was going to write support about it but I do not remember the survey time or the SB it paid. And I do not know the survey ID either.
There is only one survey in the activity log that shows it was started and has 0 SB earned next to it. All the others have 1 SB for disqualification. Perhaps that is the one. All surveys that I start should appear in the log, so I should probably write support about this issue even though I am not 100% that that particular survey is the one I took.
Would be great if each survey had a name aside from survey ID...

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? It is good that you do not have to deal with this issue though.

@aureategloom You can see if Prolific allows people from your country.
I was never credited for the survey. And I didn't write support about it as I didn't know 100% which survey it was that I took.

@lovebuglena i think it would be better if it was available because i would maybe have some issues with it but i would also make some money hah did you find out why that happened?

I hate when that happens. One reason I try to stay away from doing long surveys.

I am lucky that this doesn't happen often but I don't like it when it happens either way. And I hate it when I am really in the mood to take surveys, and want to do many of them, but keep getting disqualified, even right at the start of them.

It's annoying and frustrating, especially if the survey takes more than a few minutes to complete.

Being in this country I never even bother they should pay you though for taking the time to have the patience to do so.

So far I have not gotten credited and I doubt I will unless maybe I write support about it.

Sometimes surveys can be boring or annoying. But enough times it's not that bad, if they surveys are not too long.

I hope it does not gradually become a scam. Sb always enjoyed a good reputation.

I’ve been with them for many years already. Every time I redeemed my swag bucks I got paid.
I did have an issue getting credited for online purchases via swagbucks. They would not automatically get credited or appear in pending SB and I had to write support to get the points.

Hopefully you can get credit for the survey but without the survey ID, I don't know...This does happen from time to time on even the best survey sites...unfortunately.

So far nothing credited. I can take a chance and write support and include the survey ID for the survey I think it could have been...

I usually never have issues with Swagbucks surveys, in terms of getting credited for a completed survey. I do get disqualified a lot though. I've redeemed many times on Swagbucks since joining.

Sometimes surveys get broken in the middle and you are not given any point.

Yes. It's worse when you get disqualified toward the end of the survey.

Why is that? Maybe your country cannot participate in Swagbucks.

@ankurdini Maybe you are not eligible to participate or you did something that they didn't like. I have no idea. Maybe you can write them and ask why your account was deleted.

That sucks. If the survey did not take long to complete and the payout was little it's not that big of a deal. However, if you spend a lot of time doing a survey, and the payout is good but things don't work out, it's disappointing.
