July 14 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a good day.
I'm thankful my son picked me up this morning to do laundry. I got it done with very little trouble from my back.
I'm thankful for getting my hair done today. It looks great.
I'm thankful for Ibuprofen. My son's girlfriend loaned me her car. I wasn't expecting the jolt to my back every time I came to a stop and started up again. By the time I got home, I could barely walk. The Ibuprofen is working. My back is starting to feel better. I called my son to pick up the car and bring my laundry in that I couldn't when I got home. He was just here for the car and brought it in. He's such a good kid.
I have the notifications finished. I intended to get work done on Vendetta. However, I need recliner time for my back.

I am thankful that my nephew fixed the television remote that was not working to change the channels of the Roku channels this morning.

Your son is amazing, he is always willing to help with your needs. I'm glad you got your hair done, awesome! I'm thankful for the beautiful changes in my life. Everything is so much easier when God's in control!

@just4him If I needed help today, both my children would be willing. That's our returning love, that we pour out as a mother. Edgar knows when he's in need, Mom does everything possible to help.

Sounds like a good day except for the pain - sorry it was that bad. Glad the meds help.
I should have taken something the other day when I had pain where I couldn't move.
I am glad that we still have internet for now....expected to it have been cut off today.
