Sauce Simmering

I wanted spaghetti today, so I went to the store to get some of the stuff I needed for the sauce, the weather has cooled down to the low to mid nineties which is way better than the 109 degree weather we had last week, but Monday we have another heatwave coming in.
My older niece is talking about possibly moving up here, closer to us, which would be a blessing for sure, but whatever happens the Lord will be done.
Now while the sauce simmers, I’m going to catch up on notifications here.

@Michellekidwell My mother use to make a thick spaghetti sauce, then mix it through macaroni and put mozzarella cheese over the top. Amazing!

No seafood with this, it’s prepared with a red sauce, I did add some Italian Sausage though…
