Does Age Define If You Should have Candies or Toffees or Not?

Normally people associate Candies and Toffees with kids or teens and that means the adults and the seniors cannot have these but I don't think that's the case and we should enjoy these when we want no matter at what age we are but one thing we can do is to have these in moderation when we are adults and seniors.
What do you think? Does Age Define If You Should have Candies or Toffees?

There is nothing like food that is age oriented.

It can. Our bodies change as we get older. Things we once handled with ease, might not result in the same as we get older as our bodies start slowing down. Other health factors a person may or may not have/develop also play a role, too.

Not at all.
Unless you select the ones designed for children. Like Ring Pops or candy necklaces.
Eat what you like. Ignore the haters.

I have never seen an age limit on candies or toffees I don’t even like toffee I rather eat whatever candy I want when I want. Since I’m female and still have a very active cycle I get craving for sweet and salty and I have a go to candy for that. My kids even give some of there candy or share with me.

@Butterfingers they don’t always share it really depends on what it is some candies I don’t like. But all the candies we get are allergies friendly.

No, age should never define what you eat or anything. So, I agree with you. I eat candies in moderation, like everything else, moderation is key word.

@Butterfingers if you're worried about too much sugar, there are those candies without it or something like that.
