You go through Paypal to link the Paypal account to your bank account. It's called 'validating' your account.

Yes PayPal is free and one of the best virtual or electronic money. You have to pay a fee when you pay something but not if you receive money. There are fees if your account is not a personal account but is a business account.

It is free to use if you buy, but if you sell on ebay, with paypal, there are small fees.

To create an account, it's completely free. However, to send/receive more than $600 in one month, you would need to upgrade your account to Premier. When you have a Premier account, you get charged a fee each time you receive money. Hope this helps.

Yes!
Of course it is FREE
It is a Payment Processor for the Internet...
There are various ones....
e-Gold.com
AlertPay.com
etc etc
You need a Payment Processor if you want to earn on the Internet, because that is how the webmasters pay you !!!!
Of course then you have to get it from the Payment Processor to your bank account!!!
If you have not got one of those it will cause you a lot of probs !!!

I see. Transferring like those money from Paypal to my bank account? Verification? After the Paypal signing process?
How come they'll pay me back and what's that after I sent my first $$, you mean I need to send some bucks first?
Thanks so much :-)

Paypal is completely free. All you need is an email address. It's safe and secure. The only problem with it is that their customer service isn't all that great, and they take a while to look into abuse reports.
